Depending on the project, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Billable work time is kept in detailed logs. We count in ten minute increments and round down when in-between them. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for outside services only, such as third-party research tools. Partner rates are between $400 and $500 per hour while Associate rates are between $180 and $250 per hour. An initial retainer must be paid upfront. Services are billed by IPmetrics, LLC.
